8) Data Retention Period

The data provided by you will be processed and stored for the time strictly necessary for the achievement of the purposes listed in point 4.

In particular, the retention period for the main categories of processed data is as follows:

• Data related to the fulfillment of the contractual service: 5 years, unless specific legislative, legal, or judicial needs arise; the legal basis is tax law/fiscal regulations;

• Backup data: 5 years; the legal basis is tax law/fiscal regulations;

• Cookies: single web access session or for the time strictly necessary;

In any case, no personal data will be stored beyond a maximum limit of 10 years.

However, should the Controller subsequently collect further personal data with your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing or methods of processing your data with the Data Protection Authority headquartered in Rome.

12) Mandatory Nature of Data

The provision of your data via our website is deemed mandatory as it is necessary to provide the services and respond to your requests, as well as to fulfill any legal obligations (e.g., tax and fiscal obligations).

Failure to provide consent will result in the cessation of service provision.

13) Automated Decision-Making Processes

The Data Controller company does not conduct any data processing based on automated decision-making processes.
